Playing Classic Covers and 1-hit Wonders of the 70's-80's that You Forgot You Loved
Mystery Date is a 7-piece band that started in 2016 as an open jam night with longtime childhood and musician friends that all just loved playing music together.
Our Story
The band name Mystery Date comes from a late 60's boardgame; because we never knew who was going to show up at the door on jam nights. Over the years Mystery Date has since evolved into a core group of musicians with a few special guests. Each band member comes with their own unique resume of music experience and genres: from Jazz to Thrash Metal, individual careers, original projects, cover and tribute bands; everyone brings a lot of experience and fun to the stage. We play classic covers, 1 hit wonders of the 70's-80's, yacht rock to classic rock and few other obscure hits' or as we say,
"The Songs you forgot you loved";
there is something for everyone to sing and dance along with.
